Who We Are
Akin Wellness was founded to bridge a gap in accessible physiotherapy services for families and individuals in Kamloops. Set up to be a mobile, in home practice, Akin Wellness is able to meet you where you are at. We can navigate and overcome obstacles to receiving the support and care you and/or your family deserve.
Caity Barrett is the Physiotherapist and Owner of Akin Wellness. From managing booking your initial assessment to helping with your home exercise program, she will compassionately guide you through the process.
Caity provides a range of services, including Pediatric Physiotherapy, Pelvic Health, Birth Prep, Postnatal Rehabilitation, and Lactation Support. She uses evidence-based techniques to develop personalized treatment plans tailored to your unique needs. Our goal is to not only help you restore function, but to also promote confidence in your body and long term wellness.
